What do you need from me to get started?
A description of your business, what you want to track, and organized sample data or your current spreadsheet. Please message me before ordering so we can confirm the scope.
Will my spreadsheet update automatically?
Formulas and charts update when you enter new information in the designated input areas. Data entry and CSV imports are manual; live connections to Shopify or other platforms are not included.
Can I edit the spreadsheet after delivery?
Yes. You receive an editable Google Sheet with its formulas and instructions for updating your data.
What counts as a formula?
One distinct calculation, such as stock remaining or monthly sales totals. Copying that calculation down multiple rows counts as one formula.
What is included in a revision?
Adjustments to the agreed features, such as formatting or calculation changes within the original scope. Additional tabs, features, or workflows may require a separate quote.
Will I receive the exact candle business workbook shown?
The candle workbook is a fictional demonstration of my work. Your spreadsheet will be built around the features and limits of your selected package. A system of similar complexity may require a custom quote.
