Can I submit PowerPoint slides instead of a Word document?
Yes. You may provide an editable presentation or document. The package word limit applies to the content reviewed, rewritten or developed, regardless of slide count. Visual redesign and complex graphics are not included.

What information must I provide?
Please provide the RFP/RFI, buyer requirements, consolidated technical and business inputs, approved proof points, relevant case studies, any preferred proposal template and brand palettes.
Will you coordinate with my sales, solution and delivery teams?
No. I work with consolidated inputs from your designated contact. Internal coordination remains your responsibility. Where useful, I can offer a discovery call of up to 30 minutes, subject to availability and agreed scope, to clarify requirements and uncover relevant proof points.
What qualifies as a revision?
A revision means refining the original deliverable within the agreed scope. New requirements, changed technical solutions, additional sections or substantial restructuring are separate work. One additional revision is available for $20.
Can I purchase additional words?
Yes. Basic: 200 additional words for $10. Standard: 400 additional words for $15. Premium: 500 additional words for $40. Additional words extend the agreed writing or review volume.
Will my proposal information remain confidential?
Yes. Client-specific proposal information is treated confidentially and is not reused in public samples or for competing bidders. I follow a one-RFP, one-client, one-bidder approach. Documents and communications remain within Fiverr's approved channels.
Why should I engage you if I already have a presales team?
