Do I need to share my login credentials?
Yes, I'll need access to your domain's DNS hosting (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.) to add or edit records. If you're not comfortable sharing login credentials directly, I can walk you through adding the records yourself, or you can add me as an authorized user with limited access.
Which platforms do you work with?
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, SendGrid, Mailgun, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, and most standard DNS hosts. Message me your setup before ordering if you're unsure whether yours is covered.
Do all email providers support SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?
Most modern providers support all three. A few older or non-standard mail systems only support one or two — I'll confirm compatibility with your specific setup before starting.
How will I know it's actually fixed?
After implementing the records, I re-test using mail-tester and MX Toolbox and send you the results, so you can see the fix confirmed rather than just taking my word for it.
How long does propagation take after the fix?
DNS changes typically propagate within 1–24 hours depending on your provider's TTL settings. I'll let you know the expected window for your specific domain.
What if I have multiple domains or a more complex setup?
The Basic package covers one domain/platform. For multiple domains or multi-provider conflicts, choose the Standard or Premium package, or message me first so I can scope it accurately.
