What data sources can you connect to?
Excel, CSV, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SharePoint, Google Sheets, Dataverse, Salesforce, REST APIs, and most cloud databases. If you're not sure whether your source is supported, message me before ordering and I'll confirm.
Do I need a Power BI license to use what you build?
You'll need at least a Power BI Pro license (~$10/user/month) to share reports with others or publish to the Power BI Service. The free Desktop version works fine if you just need the .pbix file for personal use.
Can you fix or rebuild an existing report I already have?
Yes. Send me your .pbix file and I'll audit it first — sometimes a rebuild is faster than a fix. I'll tell you honestly which path makes more sense for your situation.
What if my data is messy or in multiple files?
That's most of my work. I clean and transform data using Power Query as part of every package. For unusually messy or multi-source data, I'll recommend the Standard or Premium tier so we have time to do it right.
Will the report still work after you hand it off?
Yes. I deliver a documented .pbix file, a measure dictionary, and refresh setup instructions. Your data refreshes on schedule and your team can edit the report without breaking it.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
All packages include a revision window. Beyond that, I offer monthly support retainers (see Gig Extras) for ongoing changes, new pages, or new measures.
Why should I hire you instead of a $30 gig?
Because a $30 Power BI gig means someone who watched a YouTube tutorial last week. I do this work full-time at a US healthcare company, write production-grade DAX, and build data models that scale. If your report matters, hire someone who builds them for a living.
