What is the average delivery time?
Depending on the project requirements and complexity, delivery time may vary.
Will you charge for the repeating pages ?
NO. I will charge for each design individually.
Do you design printable with large number of pages.
Sure. We offer high-page-count planners and other printables. Please contact me for more information. Visit GIG extras as well.
Do you design cover page?
Sure. I do. You can add as a GIG extra. Cover Page is included in Premium Package.
What is your source file?
Source files are either Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps), Adobe InDesign (.indd) or Adobe Photoshop (.psd). We do not provide any other file types.
What you want me to provide when placing order?
You need to provide content (in Word document or any other text format), color schemes, page size, page counts
What if I need to do some changes after the order is completed?
Yes. We will do it free if it is not a major redesign. Otherwise, we will charge minimal Charges to do large changes.
How much time do you take to send the initial draft?
In 99% of cases, we provide the first draft before the expected delivery time (usually between 36 - 48 hours). You can always order express delivery GIG extra if you are in a limited time frame.
