What is CuringBusy? What kind of services do you offer?
CuringBusy, trusted by 1,000+ clients, provides skilled Virtual Assistants to entrepreneurs and business owners. Our experts (2–10 yrs exp) offer reliable support in Admin, Executive Assistance, Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Website Services, helping you save time and grow.
Will I get 1 assistant or will I be working with your team?
You will be assigned a dedicated virtual assistant who will be supervised by a PM (Project Manager) to ensure quality delivery.
Which time zone will my assistant be working in?
Our assistants work in both your time zone and theirs, allowing for collaboration during your hours and productivity in their own.
How will you keep my data safe?
All our staff work under NDA and NCA agreements, and their systems are monitored under company surveillance. We’re also happy to sign your NDA and use a password manager like LastPass, if preferred.
How does the process work?
Our team will connect with you for a scope call. Then, we’ll share a Fiverr order. Once paid, you’ll receive an onboarding email. Your Client Success Manager(CSM) will schedule the onboarding call,& your Project Manager will begin work. The CSM will check in twice a month for feedback & billing.
What kind of businesses do you cater to?
We cater to all sorts of businesses – Consulting/ Airbnb/ Ecoomerce/ Real estate/ Marketing/ Finance/ Construction/ Trucking/IT agency/Travel/Law/Education/ NGO etc
What are the charges?
We have a few different types of assistants - General, Executive, Digital Marketing, etc. The charges for each of these vary. General assistant rates start from 15 USD/hr and more experienced assistants go up to 20+ USD/hr.
How many hours can you help me with?
We take a minimum of 10 hrs/week work. We are also fully equipped to provide you with full-time virtual assistants ie, multiple 40+ hours/week of work.
For how long are the weekly hrs/package valid?
Your allocated hours must be utilized within the billing period - whether it's weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual. For example, in the case of weekly billing, your hours are valid for 5 working days. So, if the service starts on a Monday, the hours will expire by Friday
Do you offer a trial? What's billing structure like?
We primarily work with long-term clients & offer monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual billing options. However, to help you evaluate our services, we provide 2 week trail, prior to monthly billings.
