What formats will you provide the CAD files in?
I can provide STL, STEP, and Fusion 360 files. If you need other formats, let me know and I’ll check compatibility.
Do you provide 3D printing services?
I focus on CAD design only. I provide models ready for 3D printing or manufacturing, but I don’t print or ship parts myself.
Can you design complex assemblies or multi-part products?
Yes! Multi-part assemblies are included in the Premium package. I consider assembly, tolerances, and fit to make sure parts work together properly.
Do you provide material recommendations?
Yes, I can suggest materials based on the intended use of your part or product. This is included as a Gig Extra or in the Premium package.
Can you design based on an idea without dimensions?
Absolutely. In the Standard and Premium packages, I will define dimensions and design your part based on functionality, ergonomics, and manufacturability.
Can I request revisions if I don’t like something?
Yes! Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions can be purchased as a Gig Extra.
Do you perform advanced engineering analysis like FEA/CAE?
No, advanced simulations are not included. I focus on mechanical design, tolerances, assembly, and ergonomics. CAE/FEA can be added as a separate project in the future.
How long will my order take?
Delivery times depend on the package: Basic (1–2 days), Standard (3–4 days), Premium (7–10 days). Express delivery is available for Basic and Standard packages as a Gig Extra.
