FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Fill in the requirements form with your hours, services, prices and common caller questions. You also give me access to your calendar, phone provider and CRM. Without these, I cannot build or test the agent.
What is not included?
Retell AI, Vapi, Synthflow, Twilio and CRM subscriptions or usage are not included. Ad spend, website changes and marketing copy are also not included. Extra integrations are available as gig extras.
What happens after delivery?
You get a short setup document and a walkthrough of your agent. I fix issues during your package’s tuning window. After that, you can add monthly maintenance to keep the agent updated.
Who pays for Retell AI, Vapi, Synthflow or Twilio?
You do. The accounts are in your name and billed to you based on usage. I explain the expected monthly cost before we start.
Which platform will you use?
I choose based on your needs: call volume, budget, booking tool and CRM. If you already use one of these platforms, I can build on it. I explain my choice in plain words before I build.
Can it call my new leads automatically?
Yes, in the Premium package, but only for leads who opted in. One example is people who just submitted your website form. US outbound calling has consent rules (TCPA), so I do not set it up for cold lists.
Are calls recorded?
Recording is optional. Consent rules differ by state and country. When your area requires it, the agent can announce at the start of the call that it is recording.
