Do I need to give you access to my Wix account to get started?
Share collaborator access from your Wix dashboard, not your login. I’ll guide you on permissions, and you keep full ownership of the site throughout the project. You can remove my access anytime after delivery.
Will you use a template or build my site from scratch?
I build from a blank Wix canvas or customize your existing site. No recycled templates. Every layout is tailored to your brand, goals, colors, fonts, and preferred design style.
What do you need from me before you can start work?
Send your logo, brand colors/fonts, page content, reference sites, and Wix collaborator access. If content isn’t ready, I can use placeholder text until you provide the final copy.
My site already exists but it's not converting. Can you fix it vs. rebuild?

Yes. Every package includes manual mobile optimization for a clean responsive layout. Advanced speed optimization and performance improvements are included in Premium.
What if I need changes after you deliver... how do revisions work?
Revisions include edits within the original project scope such as layout changes, text updates, and design tweaks. New features or extra pages require a scope upgrade.
Can you also set up my wix ecommerce store with products and payment?
Yes. Standard and Premium include Wix ecommerce setup with products, payments, shipping, and checkout configuration. Basic is for informational or landing pages only.
My previous Wix designer left the site half-finished. Can you take over?
