I already have a Squarespace account with some pages started. Can you work with what I have or do you need to start fresh?
I can absolutely work with an existing Squarespace account. Before starting, I will review what you have built so far and give you an honest assessment. Sometimes a clean slate is faster and produces better results, and other times the structure just needs reorganising and refining.
I do not have a logo or brand colours yet. Can you still build my site?
Yes, and you are not alone in this. A lot of coaches come to me at exactly this stage. If you do not have branding yet, I will work with you to choose a clean, professional colour palette and font pairing that fits your niche and the kind of clients you want to attract.
How does the Acuity Scheduling or Squarespace Scheduling integration actually work on the site?
I embed your booking system directly into your site so clients can schedule calls without ever leaving the page or being redirected somewhere that looks disconnected from your brand. You will need either an Acuity account or Squarespace Scheduling activated on your plan.
What do you need from me before you can start building?
Once you place your order, I will send you a short intake form that covers your niche, target client, services, preferred colours or examples you like, and any content you already have. The more you give me upfront, the faster and smoother the build goes.
Will I be able to update and manage the site myself after it is done without breaking anything?
That is one of the main reasons I build on Squarespace for coaches and consultants specifically. The platform is built for non-technical users and once your site is live, updating text, swapping photos, adding testimonials, or publishing a new blog post is genuinely straightforward.
