I will analyze scrna seq, rna seq and ngs data using r and python

I will perform end-to-end RNA-seq / scRNA-seq bioinformatics analysis using R or Python. This includes raw data preprocessing, quality control, normalization, and removal of low-quality cells or genes. I will also perform differential gene expression analysis, clustering, and advanced visualization such as UMAP/tSNE plots, heatmaps, and volcano plots. Finally, I provide biological interpretation and insights so you can understand the meaning behind your data. All results will be reproducible and publication-ready.
