After confirming the order, I will send you a simple contract authorising me to act as your EU Responsible Person. You then provide me with your technical files (or I can create them for you, see my other gig). Once confirmed, you can update your packaging with our EU address and continue selling.
What is technical file?
The technical file is a mandatory compliance document that contains all relevant safety information for your product under GPSR. It includes risk assessments, declarations, lab test reports, and supporting documents to prove your product is safe and compliant.
Are product variants included?
Yes, all product variants are included under one product as long as the materials, intended use, and safety characteristics remain identical (e.g. different colours, sizes, or lengths of the same item).
