Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar and Outlook are included in every package. Calendly, Cal.com or a custom database can be added as an extra, depending on how their API behaves.
Who pays for the AI model usage (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)?
You do. You create your own API account and I connect it. Usage is usually pennies per conversation. I’ll give you a rough monthly estimate based on your expected volume.
Will it ever book the wrong time or double-book?
It checks your calendar for a free slot before confirming, and I test overlap cases before delivery. No AI is perfect, so I add a fallback: if it’s unsure, it hands the request to you.
Can it handle phone calls?
Basic and Standard are text chat only. Voice is a bigger build that needs a telephony provider, so message me first and I’ll scope it.
What do you need from me to start?
Your services and durations, working hours, cancellation rules, calendar access, and an API key. I’ll ask for these in the order form so we don’t waste time.
Does it work in languages other than English?
Yes. Standard includes one extra language and Premium up to three. Quality is best in widely used languages. Tell me which one and I’ll test it first.
