Static ecards come as high-resolution JPG or PNG. Animated ecards come as GIF or MP4, which work on email, WhatsApp, and social media. Source files are included in the Premium pack only.
How long does delivery take?
Festive Static Ecard takes 2 days, Animated Ecard + Logo takes 3 days, and Complete Holiday Pack takes 4 days. Need it sooner? Message me before ordering and I’ll tell you if it’s possible.
What do I need to send you to get started?
Send the text for your card, your logo or photo (if any), and your preferred colors or style, such as cute, elegant, religious, funny, or corporate. The more detail you give, the closer your first draft will be.
Can you add my business logo or family photo?
Yes, it’s included in every package. Send a clear, high-quality image. Logos with a transparent background (PNG) work best.
How many revisions do I get?
Festive Static Ecard includes 1 revision, Animated Ecard + Logo includes 3, and Complete Holiday Pack includes 5. If you need changes beyond that, message me and we can agree on a small add-on.
