Do I need to have a VPS before ordering?
No. If you don't have a VPS yet, I can help you choose a suitable server based on your storage needs, number of users, and budget. You will purchase the VPS using your own account, so the server remains completely under your control.
What access do you need to my server?
I will usually need SSH access to your Linux VPS. For domain and DNS configuration, I may also need you to make DNS changes or provide temporary access to your DNS management panel.
Can you configure my domain and HTTPS/SSL?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include domain configuration, Nginx reverse proxy, and HTTPS/SSL setup using Let's Encrypt.
Can you migrate my existing Nextcloud?
Please contact me before ordering. Migration depends on your current installation, data size, database, Nextcloud version, and server configuration. I will check your setup and provide a custom offer if needed.
Will I own and control the server and my data?
Yes. The VPS, domain, Nextcloud installation, and your data remain under your control. I configure the infrastructure for you but do not host your files on my own servers.
