What do you need to develop my Kontakt instrument?
Send your samples, sample count, target Kontakt version, required controls and a description of how the instrument should behave. For repairs, include the editable NKI instrument, KSP script and steps to reproduce the issue.
What sample mapping features can you include?
Depending on your package, Kontakt mapping can include keyboard ranges, root notes, velocity layers, round robins and articulation groups. We will agree on the sample count and mapping structure before work starts.
Can you fix an existing Kontakt script?
I can review editable projects for a KSP script fix, broken controls, mapping errors or unexpected MIDI behavior. Send the source files and explain the problem first so I can assess feasibility and quote the repair.
Will my instrument work in the free Kontakt Player?
An unlicensed custom instrument requires the full version of Kontakt. Kontakt Player compatibility needs separate Native Instruments licensing and is not included in the standard packages.
Can you create a custom Kontakt interface?
Yes, within the agreed scope. Kontakt scripting can connect knobs, sliders, switches and menus to supported instrument parameters. Send your branding, layout references and required controls before ordering.
What files will I receive?
You will receive the agreed NKI instrument, editable KSP scripts and setup notes, with the sample folders needed for the agreed delivery. Additional instruments, presets and sample editing must be included in the project scope.
Can I sell the finished Kontakt sample library?
Commercial release can be included in our agreement. You must own or have suitable redistribution rights to the supplied samples, graphics and other assets. Contact me before ordering to discuss delivery and any licensing requirements.
