FAQ
I am not technical. Is this still for me?
Yes. Most of my buyers are business owners, not developers. I do the install and configuration, then hand you plain English notes and a walkthrough so you can run it yourself. You never touch a terminal unless you want to.
Do I need my own Claude subscription?
Yes. You need a Claude Pro or Max plan, or API access. That is billed by Anthropic, not me. If you are unsure which one fits your usage, message me before ordering and I will tell you which to buy.
Does this work on Windows and Mac?
Both. I work in Windows and Mac setups. Tell me which you are on when you message me and I will confirm anything specific to your machine before you order.
Do you need my passwords or logins?
No. You stay in control. We connect your tools over a screen share where you log in yourself, or you create a limited access token. I never ask for or store a password.
Which of my tools can you connect?
Google Drive, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Notion, Slack, QuickBooks, GitHub, and most CRMs. If your tool has an API, it can usually be connected. Send me the name and I will confirm before you order.
Can you connect QuickBooks, my CRM, or my booking system?
Yes. I run Claude Code against QuickBooks for a construction company, pulling job costing and generating work orders from jobsite data. Booking systems and CRMs work the same way. Tell me the exact tool and I will confirm.
How does delivery work? Do we need to be on a call?
Most of the build happens on my own time. We use one screen share to connect your tools and confirm it works. If you would rather not be on a call, I can deliver it fully recorded instead. Your choice.
What is a CLAUDE.md and why does it matter?
It is the instruction file Claude reads every time it runs. Without one, Claude forgets your preferences and repeats the same mistakes. I write yours around your business so the setup stays consistent after I leave.
Can you build me a full app, or fine-tune a model?
No on both. I do not build SaaS products from scratch and I do not fine-tune models. I set up Claude Code, connect your real tools, and automate work you repeat. If you need an app built, I am the wrong seller.
What if Claude cannot do the task I have in mind?
I will tell you before you order. Message me with the one task you repeat most and you get a straight answer, including a no. I would rather lose the order than take one I cannot deliver.
