FAQ
Do you just provide a design, or do you handle the full installation too?
I handle the complete workflow, system design, cable routing, device installation, termination, labeling, and final testing. You won't be handed a schematic and left to figure out execution. Every package includes a floor plan markup before work begins, so you know exactly what's being installed.
My home is already built. Can you work with existing walls and conduit?
Yes, retrofit installs are the majority of what I do. I assess existing conduit, wall cavities, and cable paths before proposing a route. Where new conduit isn't possible, I use surface raceway or existing pathways to keep the install clean.
What do you need from me to get started?
Send me your floor plan (hand-drawn is fine), the systems you want installed, and the number of rooms or entry points involved. That's enough for me to scope the job, confirm the right package, and give you a delivery timeline.
Will the CCTV and access control systems work together, or are they separate?
They're integrated by design, not bolted together after the fact. I wire CCTV, access control, and intercom from the same backbone so they share conduit runs, a common power source where applicable, and a single control point.
What if I need changes after the work is delivered?
Revisions within the original scope are included in every package. If you want to add a device, extend a cable run, or adjust a camera angle after sign-off, that falls under a small scope addition, I'll quote it transparently before touching anything.
