FAQ
Do I need to share my streaming passwords or accounts with you?
No, absolutely not! You will never need to share your passwords. I will guide you on how to safely paste your stream key into OBS, or we can use a secure remote desktop session where you input your details privately.
How will you fix or set up my OBS? Do you do it remotely?
Yes! The fastest and most efficient way is for me to securely connect to your PC using free tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk. You can watch everything I do on your screen in real time, and we can test your stream together.
Can you fix my stream lag if I have a low-end PC or bad internet?
Yes. While I cannot physically upgrade your hardware, I can deeply optimize your OBS settings (bitrate, resolution, encoder choice, and downscaling filters) to get the absolute smoothest possible stream out of your current setup.
Do you assist with audio routing (Discord, Spotify, Game audio)?
Definitely. I can set up separate audio tracks in OBS Studio or Streamlabs so your stream hears your game, music, and Discord chat perfectly, while ensuring you don't get copyright strikes (DMCA) on your VODs.
. What information do you need from me before we start?
Please have your PC specifications ready (CPU, GPU, RAM) and your internet upload speed. If you are using a capture card (like Elgato) or a dual-PC setup, please let me know when you place your order!
