I need access to your Jira/GLPI instance and a summary of the issues. I am fully adaptable: we can communicate via Fiverr chat, email, or your ticketing system. I will adjust to your preferred tools and processes to ensure a professional and seamless support experience.
Do you offer technical configuration for GLPI as well?
Currently, I offer technical configuration (SLAs, workflows, filters) only for Jira Service Management. For GLPI, I provide full support as an agent (ticket handling, resolution, and assignment).
How do we handle voice support in Spanish?
For Spanish-speaking clients, we can use the Fiverr Zoom integration or any preferred communication tool authorized by Fiverr to provide real-time troubleshooting and support.
