What prop and motor sizes can you design FPV frames for?
I design for all common FPV sizes — 2.5" to 7" prop configurations. Motor mount patterns include 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, and 19mm motor base diameters. Provide your motor model and I'll nail the exact geometry including prop-to-arm clearance.
Can you design TPU parts — camera mounts, battery straps, or antenna holders?
Yes. TPU flexible part design is included in all tiers. The Basic package is perfect for single TPU components like camera mounts, capacitor holders, or VTX mounts. I design them with the correct flex wall thickness and print orientation for durability.
Will your FPV frame design fit standard FC and ESC stack mounts?
Every design includes correct stack hole patterns — 20x20mm, 25.5x25.5mm, and 30.5x30.5mm. I also accommodate M2 and M3 hardware and include proper standoff clearances. Just tell me your FC stack dimensions and I'll match them exactly.
What filament should I use to print my custom FPV frame?
For racing and freestyle frames I recommend ASA or PC-ABS for impact resistance. For cinematic/cinewhoop builds, PLA or PETG works well for body panels with TPU for flex components. I'll include recommended print settings with every delivery.
Can you redesign or modify an existing FPV frame I already have?
Yes — send me the STL or reference photos of your existing frame plus the changes you want. Arm reinforcement, new camera mount angle, different battery strap position, or a complete arm-swap redesign are all common requests I handle regularly.
Do you design cinewhoop or ducted prop frames?
Absolutely. Cinewhoop ducted frame design is one of the most requested services on this gig. I design full duct assemblies with correct prop-tip clearance, camera tilt integration, and GoPro or naked GoPro mounting options.
