One design piece (e.g. one flyer, one social post, one menu update). Multi-page items like brochures may count as 2 requests — I'll confirm before starting.
Can you work with my existing brand?
Yes. Send logo, colors, fonts, and past materials once. I keep them on file so you do not re-explain the brand every time.
Do I need to sign up for a full month even if I only have one project right now?
If you just need a single project, my standalone flyer gig might be a better fit — the retainer is built for ongoing monthly needs.
What files do I receive?
Print-ready PDF (300 DPI, CMYK) and social-ready JPG/PNG. Standard and Premium include source files when needed.
What if I don't use all my requests in a month?
Unused requests don't roll over — this keeps pricing predictable and my schedule reliable for all retainer clients.
Do you use AI?
Tell me your preference when you order. Final files are directed, checked, and finished by me so they stay on-brand and print-safe.
What is not included?
Full brand-new identity from scratch, video, animation, or large illustration campaigns. Those can be quoted separately or done through another gig.
