I will write standard operating procedures, sops and runbooks for your team
Enterprise Business Analyst ServiceNow and ITSM 14 Years in IT
About this Gig
Most SOPs get written once and then nobody follows them. Usually because they were written by someone who has never had to run the process at 2am.
I've spent 14 years in enterprise IT as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, currently leading ServiceNow ITSM delivery. Incident, change and problem procedures are what I write for a living, for teams that get audited on whether they followed them.
Send me how the work actually happens, in whatever form you have: a call recording, a messy doc, or bullet points. I turn it into a procedure someone can follow on their first day.
Every SOP includes numbered steps in plain English, named roles rather than named people, clear inputs and outputs, decision points, and what to do when it goes wrong. Delivered in Word and PDF so you can edit it later.
Strongest fit: IT operations and service desk, software delivery and release, onboarding and offboarding, vendor and change management, compliance-facing procedures.
Message me with the process before ordering and I'll tell you which package actually fits.

FAQ
My process isn't documented at all. Is that a problem?
That's the normal starting point. Send a screen recording or bullet points and I'll do the structuring, then come back with the gaps I need filled.
What format do I receive?
Word and PDF. Process maps come as PNG plus the editable source file, so you can update them yourself later.
Can you follow our existing template?
Yes. Send it with your order and I'll match your house format exactly, including numbering and version control.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Message me before ordering and we'll get it signed first. Most of my day job runs under one.
Do you cover non-IT processes?
Yes. Finance, HR and vendor processes all work the same way. IT and software operations is simply where I am strongest.
