About this Gig
A good story can lose readers in ways the author never sees a slow chapter, a character who doesn't quite land, a plot thread that goes nowhere. By the time you've read your own manuscript a dozen times, you can't see it anymore.
I read it the way a real reader will.
I'm Sandra, a beta reader working across fiction and select non-fiction including romance, fantasy, thriller, mystery, YA, and memoir. Every manuscript is read carefully by me, start to finish. No AI, no skimming, no generic notes just honest feedback from someone who actually finished your book.

FAQ
What format should I send my manuscript in?
Word (.docx) or PDF, please. If you only have a Google Doc, that's fine too just share it in a way I can leave comments directly on.
How long does it take to get feedback?
Turnaround depends on manuscript length and the package you choose check the delivery time listed on each package. Longer manuscripts may need extra days, which I'll confirm with you before starting if your file goes beyond the package's page/word limit.
Will you tell me if my writing is bad, or just say nice things?
Honest, constructive feedback always. I'll point out what's working and what isn't, but every note is meant to help you strengthen the story, not just criticize it.
