What is the difference between post-digital illustration and a standard 3D render?
Standard 3D renders aim for strict technical photorealism. Post-digital illustration and architectural collage focus on the artistic atmosphere, mood, conceptual narrative, and visual identity of the space, using stylized textures, colors, and lighting.
What file formats do you accept to start the illustration?
I can work from 3D models (SketchUp, Revit, etc.), raw render outputs (from D5, V-Ray, Lumion), 2D drawings (DWG, PDF), or even basic sketch lines and images. The higher the resolution of your base file, the better the final result!
What if I only have 2D floor plans and elevations, but no 3D model?
No problem! You can contact me for a custom offer. I will build the base 3D volume from your technical drawings before creating the final illustration.
