I design everything on Canva (canva.com) which means that all designs are 100% editable and easy to access once the order is complete when you add the editable link to your order.

Where do you design the ebook/freebie/lead magnet?
Everything is designed in Canva (canva.com). If you wish to have the editable file once the order is complete, that is no problem, you can add this as an extra to your order ($30). This will allow you to edit, use and reuse any design and design element we present moving forward with your project.
What if I need a different amount of pages?
No problem! Please reach out to us prior to placing an order so we can discuss a special offer that is tailored directly to your needs.
What if I also need help with my text?

Do you take phone calls?
No. We find that a detailed brief of what our clients goals are work better than discussing over the phone. That way you have time to formulate all your thoughts and we can take the time to look through everything properly - this is the most time efficient and effective way for both parties.
Are text edits included in revisions?
No text edits aren't included. As a design only project, we request that you provide us with the fully finalized text before we begin. Should you need to make text edits in the future, we advise you to add the editable link to your order so you have the option to change text moving forward.
Do you create ebooks in EPUB files/KDP/Amazon compatible format?
No. We exclusively create ebooks in PDF format. It's your own responsibility to ensure compatibility with whatever website/provider you'd like to use in the future.
What languages can you design?
I have designed ebooks in many different languages. My native languages are English and German, but I am happy to provide this service to other languages as well, once the context and branding are clear.
