Simply contact me about what you want to create and I can guide you from there. Typically, I'll need a script, any video footage you want to use and any brand assets like logos and graphics.

Can you write a script?

Fiverr is a fantastic resource for finding voice over talent, I can recomend VO artists, but I would suggest you order the recording directly with the artist yourself.
