Can you digitize a logo exactly as it appears in my image?
I will keep your design as close to the original as possible. If your logo contains very small text, thin lines, gradients, or effects that cannot be embroidered, I'll adjust only those areas to achieve a clean stitch-out.
What's the difference between vector tracing and embroidery digitizing?
Vector tracing creates a scalable artwork file for printing, cutting, and branding. Embroidery digitizing creates a stitch file that tells an embroidery machine how to sew your design. They are two different file types and serve different purposes.
Will my embroidery file work on my machine?
Yes. I provide files in the format your embroidery machine requires, such as DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS, XXX, and others. Just let me know your machine model or preferred file format when ordering.
Can you work with low-quality or blurry logos?
Yes. I can manually redraw and clean up most low-resolution images before creating the vector and embroidery files. If the image quality is too poor to reproduce accurately, I'll let you know before starting the order.
