Does the chatbot only answer from my website content, or can it "hallucinate"?
I use RAG (retrieval-based) architecture, meaning the bot pulls answers from YOUR documents/website content first, drastically reducing incorrect answers. I can also add guardrails so it says "I don't know" instead of guessing.
What platforms/websites can you integrate this into?

Do I need my own OpenAI/GPT API key?
