What do you need before starting?
I normally need your website or product overview, target audience, main value proposition, preferred CTA, brand assets and access to relevant product screens. A demo account, Figma file or screen recording is especially helpful for UI animation.
How are revisions handled?
Revisions apply to the current approved production stage. Script changes should be made during the script stage and visual changes during the storyboard stage. A new script, product direction or workflow after animation has started may require an additional fee.
How long will the project take?
A 30-second video normally takes 7 days, a 60-second video takes 10 days and a 90-second video takes 14 days. The timeline begins after all required information and assets have been submitted.
Do you use AI tools?
AI-assisted tools may be used for tasks such as ideation, transcription or cleanup when appropriate. The strategy, script direction, design decisions and animation remain human-directed. Confidential product information will not be uploaded to external AI tools without your permission.
Are music, visuals and voiceovers licensed for commercial use?
Yes. Included music, assets and voiceovers will be licensed for commercial use. You must own or have permission to use any logos, screenshots, interface designs, trademarks or media you provide.
Do you need access to our live product?
