1. Cleanup of Messy Books

I review and correct disorganized accounting records, aligning transactions properly to convert messy books into clean, GAAP-compliant and tax-ready financial statements.

2. QuickBooks Expertise

Strong experience with QuickBooks Online, including system workflows, integrations, and reporting. I record transactions using the correct QuickBooks structure, not just manual entries.

3. Payroll Reconciliation

Set up and reconcile payroll recorded through third-party payroll systems or spreadsheets to ensure wages, taxes, and liabilities are correctly reflected.

4. Inventory & COGS

For product businesses, I reconcile inventory SKU-wise and ensure accurate inventory valuation and correct cost of goods sold (COGS).

5. Automation & Integrations

Integrate apps with QuickBooks to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual work, and minimize errors.

6. Qualifications

B.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Semi-Qualified, and Enrolled Agent (EA) license awaiting for U.S. federal taxation knowledge.
