You confirm the science; I clarify it visually. Research analysis, realistic surgical artwork and guaranteed journal acceptance are excluded.

I'm a researcher with experience in MRI, electromagnetic simulation, Python and image processing. I create scientific diagrams, experimental setup illustrations and research workflows from client-provided sketches and detailed briefs.
I also convert raster images, logos and illustrations into editable vector graphics. Deliverables include SVG, vector PDF and high-resolution PNG.

What types of scientific illustrations do you create?
I create scientific device diagrams, experimental workflows, biomedical schematics and integrated research figures. MRI, RF hardware and engineering methods are particular strengths. For specialized mechanisms or structures, send your sketch and references before ordering.
What must I provide before you start?
Provide BOTH a rough sketch or storyboard AND a detailed written brief. Include exact labels, arrow directions, panel structure, confirmed scientific content, references and final dimensions. A phone photo of a hand sketch is fine.
What if I do not have a sketch or a detailed brief?
Contact me before ordering. With complete scientific notes, the $35 Layout planning extra covers one layout concept with up to 12 elements and adds 2 days. Incomplete briefs or extensive clarification need a custom offer. Routine clarification is included; I do not charge per message.
What are the package limits, and what makes Premium different?
Basic: 1 panel, 6 elements, 8 labels, 5 arrows. Standard: 1 figure, 12 elements, 20 labels, 10 arrows. Premium: up to 3 substantive device, mechanism or workflow panels; 20 elements, 30 labels, 15 arrows TOTAL. All limits apply together. Simple sectioning alone does not make a figure Premium.
What counts as an element or a revision?
An element is a distinct part, structure or workflow node. One revision round covers up to 5 changes to existing content. Basic includes 1 round; other tiers include 2. My errors do not use your rounds. New content or a new design direction costs extra. Complex pathways are not one simple element.
Which files will I receive?
All packages include editable SVG, vector PDF with embedded fonts, and high-resolution PNG at one agreed size. Tell me your editing software and journal specifications. Editing SVG text requires the specified font or a suitable substitute.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes. AI may assist visual exploration, vector construction, coding and revisions under my direction and review. This is not an exclusively hand-drawn service. Discuss AI-use and confidentiality restrictions before ordering; I may decline incompatible requirements.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. Basic: 1 day for an extra $25. Standard: 2 days for an extra $50. Premium: 3 days for an extra $75. Rush delivery prioritizes the agreed scope; it does not include missing-brief development. Contact me first for critical deadlines or incomplete requirements.
Do you verify scientific accuracy or guarantee journal acceptance?
I check the figure against your approved brief and references and flag unclear relationships. You confirm the scientific claims and values. Research, data analysis and experimental validation are not included. Journal acceptance is not guaranteed.
Are samples real client work, and can you redraw my figure?
Gallery samples are self-initiated simulated projects, not paid commissions or measured results. I can redraw figures you own or have permission to adapt. Provide the source, requested changes and attribution requirements.
