I don't use Datacor — does this work with my ERP or database?
Yes. The approach works with any system that has database or API access — SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or REST APIs. The core logic (validation, sync, error handling) is the same regardless of the destination system.
What's the difference between the Basic and Standard packages?
Basic gives you an architecture diagram and technical recommendation — a low-cost way to see the plan before committing. Standard includes a full evaluation of your current data flow plus a detailed proposal with cost and timeline for the actual implementation.
Does Standard include building the sync itself?
No — Standard is evaluation and proposal only. Implementation is scoped separately based on what the evaluation finds, usually as the Premium package or a custom quote if your case is more complex.
What happens if the sync fails halfway through?
The system is built with automatic fallback — if a write to your database or ERP fails, no data is lost, and you get an error notification instead of a silent failure or corrupted record.
Do I need to give you access to my production system?
