I'll make you the Conditioning Training Program for whatever sport, however I'm specialized in soccer, combat sports and BMX.
How many time will the program last?
It will last between 2 to 12 weeks, depending your goals.
Which aspects will you improve as an athlete?
You will improve in the physical aspects: STRENGHT, POWER, ENDURENCE, FLEXIBILITY and COORDINATION. Remember that the above aspects will only be focus in your sport and hence it will make you a much better athlete.
