Messy exports can hide duplicate rows, inconsistent dates and IDs that lose their leading zeroes.
I will clean a values-only Excel or CSV table using agreed rules and return:
- a cleaned XLSX and CSV;
- your original data, preserved;
- a change log showing what changed;
- a review file for ambiguous values and excluded duplicates;
- a short handover explaining formats and remaining questions.
The work can cover spacing, agreed label mappings, explicit date and number formats, and exact duplicates. Missing values are flagged, not invented. The gallery shows an original demonstration with fictional data, not client results.
Please message me with a redacted sample and your rules before ordering. Packages apply to flat, values-only tables with one clear record per row. They exclude OCR, scraping, macros, live integrations, fuzzy matching, formula repair and sensitive personal data.
AI-assisted tools support the work. The output is tailored and checked against the agreed rules. I cannot accept work that requires an exclusively human workflow. All communication and payment stay on Fiverr.

What files and volumes are included?
CSV/XLSX flat, values-only tables. One item means one input row. Basic: 100 rows; Standard: 2,000; Premium: 5,000 across up to 3 same-schema files. Send a redacted sample first. Scans, protected files, macros and formula-heavy workbooks are excluded.
Will you delete or guess missing information?
Your original stays intact. I flag uncertain records and explain excluded duplicates. I do not invent missing amounts, dates or identifiers. Duplicate removal follows the rule we agree before work starts.
Will leading zeroes and date formats be preserved?
Identifiers are kept as text in the XLSX. Dates use the format we confirm. The handover explains how to import the CSV so spreadsheet software does not silently change IDs or dates.
What counts as a revision?
A correction or adjustment within the original files, scope and agreed rules. New datasets, extra columns, new cleaning rules or a new output workflow may require a separate quote.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI-assisted tools help develop the workflow, and results are checked with explicit rules and source reconciliation. Please use redacted data. I cannot take projects that prohibit AI-assisted work.
Can you clean customer lists or sensitive files?
This offer is for non-sensitive operational exports. Remove unnecessary personal data before sharing a sample. Medical, payment-card, identity, confidential HR and other sensitive records are outside this initial offer.
Can you automate future imports or build a dashboard?
These packages deliver a cleaned snapshot and documented rules. They do not include live refresh, APIs, dashboards, macros or fuzzy matching. Any different workflow needs a scope review before a quote.
