What is my process of work?
1. Contact me and provide all the information I request. 2. I will review the details of your project and give a quote. 3. You can accept the offer and then just have to wait for me to deliver order. 4. You can request revisions, if needed. 5. Once satisfied with the work, you complete the order.
What do I need to get started?
I need a clear sketch showing the following information - 1. Overall length & width of the lot and overall length & width of the house. 2. Different rooms on each level with their rough sizes and their location. The more information you provide, the better your project will be.
What format files will I deliver?
Delivery will include a DWG CAD file and scaled PDF set for blueprint page.
What is Commercial Use License?
If you intend to use delivery for any purpose that is directly or indirectly in connection with any business, or other undertaking intended for profit, you will need to buy the Commercial Use License through a Gig Extra and will have broader rights that cover your business use.
Who needs Commercial Use License?
If you purchase the Gig for personal use, you will own all rights you require for such use, and will not need the Commercial Use License. But if you intend to use it to earn a profit or for business then you will need Commercial Use License.
Do I sell Commercial Use License to the packages I provide?
All files delivered will have my full copyrights and will allow me to use them in any way unless a Commercial Use License is purchased to use it for their business or to resell on any online platform. Once a Commercial Use License is purchased, all rights are transferred to the buyer.
