FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
The date the borders should reflect, which regions are involved and what is happening in each, and your position on any disputed border. A script helps but is not required - with none I will structure the video around those three answers.
Can you make videos longer than 60 seconds?
Yes. Basic runs to 60 seconds, Standard to 180 and Premium to 360, so most projects fit a package without a custom offer. Longer or multi-map briefs I will quote, but order the package that fits rather than message first.
Can I add my own voiceover or music?
Absolutely! You can provide your voiceover or music, and I’ll sync it perfectly with the animation.
Do you provide 4K quality?
Yes, we try to deliver every project in 4k 60fps.
Can this video be used on social media?
Definitely! The videos are optimized for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
When does the delivery clock start?
When the brief is complete: the date the borders reflect, the regions involved, and what is happening in each. Delivery is 7 days on Basic, 10 on Standard and 14 on Premium. If something is missing I ask on day one rather than guess.
What counts as a revision?
Three revisions on every package, covering timing, pacing, colours, label corrections and route adjustments inside the brief we agreed. Changing the date, the region or the political position is a new build, so I quote it separately.
Whose borders do you use on disputed territory?
Yours. Tell me the position you want the map to take on Kashmir, Crimea, the West Bank or anywhere else and I build to it. If you have no position I show the de facto line and label it as disputed rather than pick a side for you.
