Can I use this site plan for a permit application?
Yes. I prepare it to your city or county checklist from the records you provide. Requirements vary by jurisdiction, so approval cannot be guaranteed, but revisions for reviewer comments within scope are included.
Is this a legal boundary survey or a stamped drawing?
No. This is a drafting service. Property lines come from your survey, plat, deed or public GIS records. If your jurisdiction requires a licensed surveyor or engineer seal, you arrange that separately.
What do you need from me to start?
Property address, what you are proposing, dimensions and locations of new items, and any survey, plat, deed or city form you have. Photos or a sketch help where aerial imagery is unclear or hidden by trees.
Which files will I receive?
A print-ready PDF at the sheet size your city requires. An editable DWG file is included in the Standard and Premium packages or as an extra on Basic. JPG or PNG on request.
How fast can you deliver?
Basic in 2 days, most orders earlier. A 24-hour express option is available as an extra on every package.
