FAQ
Do you provide PE stamps?
No. I deliver the permit drawings. If your AHJ requires an engineer's stamp, I supply the DWG and PDF for your local PE, or you can request a referral.
Which codes do you follow?
NEC 2017, 2020 or 2023 as adopted by your AHJ, plus IFC and IRC fire setback requirements. Tell me your jurisdiction and I follow its checklist.
What information do you need to start?
Address, module and inverter models, module count or system size, racking type, roof material and pitch, main panel rating and a photo or sketch of the panel and meter location.
Can you include a battery or EV charger?
Yes. Battery storage (ESS) and EV charger sheets are available as extras on any package.
How many revisions are included?
Two to four depending on the package, including AHJ comment responses within the original scope.
Do you work with ground-mount or commercial systems?
Yes. The Premium package covers ground-mount and commercial systems up to 100 kW; larger systems by custom offer.
