Please sign up for a Jotform account (free or paid). I'll need your account credentials or user access. Additionally please share your logo, website link, any sample design or forms you like and the questions/content that you want to add in the form.

Which form builders I do recommend
It all depends on your requirements, if you need complex logic and calculations based forms, then Jotform is recommended. For fancy-looking forms that attract leads, Typeform is recommended, For documentation purposes Cognito and similarly, there are many other builders with their own cool features.
I'm confused should we go with Jotform or other form builder
Overall Jotform is a good choice, however, I recommend that you inbox me your requirements and then we can discuss if Jotform is the best option to go with. I've had a chance to work with 10+ form builders and I've observed them closely, I'm sure we will nail it for you!
