About this Gig
I will work with you directly as you write your novel, from the perspective of an editor, publisher and reader.
Hello! I have created this gig based on my experience as a developmental editor on Fiverr, and working in editorial at Penguin Random House of Canada.
We are never really finished our book until a number of drafts. Each gig offers an amount of time that I will work with you to flesh out your ideas.
I will provide an overview of the strengths and weaknesses of the story, characters, arcs, and plot. In so doing, I will offer constructive critiques and suggestions for improvement and how to move the story forward.
I have a Certificate in Publishing and I worked in the Editorial department at Penguin Random House of Canada. I have also taken creative writing courses at UCLA. Writing and storytelling is my passion, and I want to help you bring your vision to light.
I know money is tight. I'm happy to work out payment instalments for the Premium gig. I look forward to reading your work and collaborating with you!

FAQ
Will you re-write or create content for me?
No. I do not work as a ghostwriter, however my feedback I will help you develop your ideas more. The Standard and Premium gigs will offer plenty of time to develop your ideas and your progress for the duration of time dependent on the gig package.
Is this a copy-edit?
The goal of this gig is to help you in the very early stages, when it is too early to perform a copy edit. Please see my Developmental Editor package for a copy edit plus feedback.
May I contact you?
Of course! The Basic package offers unlimited messaging over the Fiverr message platform. The Standard and Premium packages offer the opportunities to speak online over Zoom or Google Hangouts for 30 minutes at a scheduled time for the duration of the package.
Do you provide samples of your work?
Due to confidentiality, I cannot provide samples of work for clients.
Do you offer discounts?
If you want to order an additional Standard or Premium Gig, I will offer 10% off the second order and 15% off subsequent orders.
