What audio/video formats do you accept?
MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, MOV, and most common audio/video formats. If you have something unusual, just message me first to confirm.
Do you do verbatim or clean transcription?
Both — just let me know which you prefer when you order. Verbatim includes every "um," pause, and repeated word; clean transcription is lightly polished for easier reading while keeping the meaning accurate.
Can you handle multiple speakers?
Yes, I can label each speaker (Speaker 1, Speaker 2, or by name if you tell me who's who) at no extra cost.
What if the audio quality is poor or hard to hear?
I'll do my best and flag any unclear sections clearly in the transcript rather than guessing, so you know exactly what to double-check. For very low-quality audio, turnaround may take a bit longer — happy to look at a sample first if you're unsure.
What file format will I receive?
Word document by default, but I can also deliver as TXT, PDF, or SRT (for captions) — just specify when ordering.
Do you offer rush delivery?
