What should I do before and after ordering?
Before ordering, message me your industry, products, and needs. I'll confirm availability and create a plan. After ordering, I'll contact you within 24 hours for a brief pre-event briefing to confirm the exhibition, focus areas, questions for exhibitors, and live streaming schedule. All packages inc
Which industries can you cover?
Shanghai hosts exhibitions for almost every industry—tech, AI, new energy, automotive, fashion, beauty, consumer goods, and more. Send me the event name and dates, and I'll confirm availability.
How do we handle the time difference for live streaming?
We'll schedule a time that works for both. Shanghai daytime corresponds to evening in North America and afternoon in Europe. If you can't join live, I'll record and send you the edited footage.
Who pays for the exhibition entry ticket?
The gig fee does not include tickets. For free events, I enter directly. For paid events, I'll cover the cost upfront and add it to your final invoice at cost.
Can you ship physical samples to my country?
Yes. I'll collect samples, pack them, and ship to your address. International shipping fees are charged at actual cost.
What if I need you to attend multiple days?
Message me first. I can create a custom multi-day package at a better rate than booking single days separately.
