Do I need a barcode scanner to use this dashboard?
No. You can enter stock manually. Barcode scanning is added in Standard and Premium, and works with common USB and Bluetooth scanners.
Can it track showroom and warehouse stock separately?
Yes. Every item shows Showroom Floor or Warehouse status, so you always know what is on display and what is in storage.
Does it work with WooCommerce or Shopify?
Two-way WooCommerce / Shopify sync is included in Premium only. Basic and Standard are standalone dashboards.
Do you supply the barcode scanner hardware?
No. I build the software to work with your existing scanner, or I will tell you which low-cost USB / Bluetooth models are compatible before you buy one.
Can I add products, categories, and prices myself?
Yes. The dashboard includes an admin area for adding products, SKUs, categories, prices, and stock levels without coding.
What happens when stock runs low?
You get low-stock alerts at the threshold we set together, so you can reorder before a bestseller sells out.
Can it handle multiple store locations?
Yes, in Premium. Basic is one store, Standard is one store with barcode, Premium adds multi-location stock routing.
What do you need from me to start?
Your product list or a sample of 10–20 products, your showroom and warehouse structure, your current stock process, and your logo and brand colours if you want them in the dashboard.
Is my data safe, and do I own the system?
Yes. It is your system, built for your store, with no monthly ERP subscription. I will show you how to back up your data at delivery.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes the revisions shown above. Larger changes after delivery can be ordered as a new custom offer.
