FAQ
How does the AI receptionist answer calls?
The AI is trained on your services, pricing and availability. When a customer calls, it answers professionally, answers their questions, and books an appointment directly onto your calendar — fully automated, no human needed.
Do I need any technical skills to get started?
No technical skills needed. I handle the full setup, training and integration. You just provide details about your business, services and schedule — I take care of everything else.
Which calendar does it sync with?
The AI syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook in real time. It only books available slots so double bookings are impossible. If you use a different calendar tool, message me first to confirm compatibility.
Can it handle reschedules and cancellations?
Yes. The AI automatically handles reschedules and cancellations, finds a new available slot, updates your calendar, and sends a new confirmation to the customer — all without you lifting a finger.
What is the monthly fee for and can I cancel?
The monthly fee covers AI agent hosting, uptime, maintenance and updates. Never Miss a Call plan is month to month — cancel anytime. Always Booked requires 3 months and Full Auto requires 6 months commitment.
What information do you need from me to start?
Your business name, services offered, pricing, working hours, calendar tool, and any common customer questions. The more detail you provide, the better your AI receptionist will perform from day one.
