Is this a good fit for my project?
This gig is for repetitive tasks that can be done through a website, a file or an API. If your task needs a mobile app, a full web platform or a machine-learning model, the scope is different and I will say so before you order.
What is included in the price?
Each package lists the number of sites, output fields and features. The package description shows exactly what you receive, and anything outside it is quoted as an extra.
What do you need from me before starting?
The website or source, a sample of the expected output, and the file format you want. For login-based tasks, provide a test account rather than your main password.
How long does delivery take?
Basic takes 3 days, Standard 5 days and Premium 7 days. Extras add time as listed. Delivery begins after you confirm the scope and any missing details.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change to the behavior described in the agreed scope, such as a field, a filter or a format. A new site, a new feature or a changed workflow is a scope change and is quoted separately.
What files will I receive?
Python source files (.py), output files in the format you requested (CSV, Excel, JSON or Google Sheets), and setup instructions. The Premium package can also include a Windows .exe file.
Who owns the code?
You receive the source code for the bot I build for you. Third-party libraries, tools and websites remain under their own licenses and terms.
Does it work on my computer?
The code is written in Python 3 and runs on Windows, macOS and Linux. Let me know your operating system before ordering so I can match the setup instructions to it.
Will you keep my data and access private?
Yes. I use test access and sample data where possible, and I do not share your credentials or data with anyone. Please do not send passwords in messages. Share login access only through the secure method Fiverr provides.
Is support available after delivery?
Yes. Each package includes bug-fix support for a set period (Basic 7 days, Standard 14 days, Premium 30 days). New features and changes to the target site are quoted separately.
