Will you fix the bug without breaking anything else?
I work on a duplicate theme whenever possible and test the affected area on desktop and mobile before handover. Please share recent app or theme changes so I can check for conflicts. No code change is completely risk-free, so I review the scope first.
What if the bug appears after the order is complete?
If the same bug reappears within 7 days of delivery, I fix it at no extra charge.
Can you fix bugs caused by third-party apps?
I can troubleshoot conflicts between your Shopify theme and installed apps. If the cause is in a third-party app's private code or service, its developer may need to resolve it. Share the app name, error and recent changes before ordering so I can review what is accessible.
What if you can't fix my specific bug?
Message me first with details. If I'm confident I can fix it, I'll tell you. If I'm not, I'll tell you that too — before you spend anything.
Can you replace my paid apps with custom code?
Some simple theme features can be built with custom Liquid code, but not every app can be replaced. Send the app name and required features for a scope review. App replacement is custom development and is not included in a small bug-fix package; speed gains depend on the store.
