What do I need to send for you to model my part from a sketch, photo or dimensions?
Send a sketch, photos, reference images or measurements, plus what the part does, its material and how it will be made. Critical dimensions matter most; photos alone can't give exact sizes. I'll list any missing details before modeling, so the model comes out accurate.
: Can you design parts that print well in FDM or resin, with snap fits and correct tolerances?
: Yes. I design for your printer and process: wall thickness, overhangs, supports, orientation and fit clearances, plus snap fits, living hinges and press-fits. Printers vary, so tell me your printer and material, and plan a test print to fine-tune fits.
Can you reverse engineer an existing part into an accurate CAD model?
Yes. Send the part's measured dimensions, clear photos from several angles and a ruler or caliper in view, or a sketch with sizes. I model from your measurements and can't scan or inspect the part, so accuracy depends on your data.
Do you create photorealistic product renders for Amazon listings and presentations?
