I will create ticketing system for your company

I will create a ticketing system or helpdesk for your organization by using the cloud platforms, this will allow your users to lock their tickets on a single web platform. Admin will have the rights to assign the ticket to any support representative, or any available representative will pick the ticket itself to resolve.

All the communication will remain in the ticket as comments till its resolution, whereas admin, assigned representative and user will receive an email whenever if there's any update on it.
