I can work with structured Excel and CSV files as well as exports from HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
2. Can you build dashboards for SAP SuccessFactors data?
Yes. I can prepare and analyze structured SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central exports and use them as a basis for Power BI reporting.
3. Which HR KPIs can you include?
Typical KPIs include Headcount, FTE, Hires, Terminations, Turnover, Workforce Development, Personnel Cost, Organizational Structure and Position-related metrics. Custom KPIs can also be discussed.
4. Do you also clean and transform the data?
Yes. Data preparation and transformation using Power Query, Excel or Python can be included depending on the package and complexity of your data.
5. Can you connect Power BI directly to our HR system?
Direct API or system integrations are not included by default. Please contact me first so I can review the technical requirements and recommend the best approach.
